After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we ask that you ship the products back to the address provided to you within seven days using a carrier that will provide you with tracking and insurance. If eligible for a refund, Isagenix will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned by our distribution center. Please check with your bank or financial institution for additional posting timeframes. Shipping and membership fees are non-refundable, and any business or personal volume associated with the products are deducted once the refund is issued.
